Bourque Newswatch Blend

When Pierre Bourque, a Canadian Internet entrepreneur and journalist, contacted CoffeeAM we were honored that he was such a huge fan of our coffee. An internet journalist, painter, accomplished screenwriter, and author of four books, we decided to take his repertoire one step further and collaborate with him on making his very own coffee blend. When it came to naming the brew, he named it in honor of his sensational news website called, Bourque Newswatch.

We used a subtle blend of Caribbean beans to make the star of Bourque Newswatch his perfect blend and now we want to share it with you!

Much like Pierre brings to the world, this Sumatra coffee brings intrigue and romance in the world of coffee. With the complexity of this coffee and the mystery behind the weight without the heaviness, it is the perfect blend of mystique and romance.

This blend is a medium roast of Central American coffees that brew into a soft, mellow cup with a medium body and light acidity. With bold and delightful flavors of caramel and hints of chocolate, this blend is quite unique, just like its name.

If you love espresso, you'll hate Italia
By Steve Levinson from Minnesota on February 9, 2011
Taste is obviously a very personal matter, but we are extremely disappointed with the Italia "espresso" beans we purchased. The roast seems lighter than described and the coffee doesn't taste anything like espresso to us. We also tried Verdi, and that was fine, but our overall experience with Coffee AM was disappointing enough that we will not be ordering again.
Pros:
Nothing
Cons:
Doesn't taste like espresso
